Tuscan Hills Villa Community - Near Completion?

Hi, this is my fisrt post here.

We have been offered a villa on the new Tuscan Hills villa community on the US27, the villa will be completed in August and we are coming across in October.

Tuscan Hills is located on Florence Villa Grove which is the same road as the Bahama Bay resort, and Tuscan hills is the development nearest the road.

Has anyone been there recently, how does the resort look in terms of how far to completion, are the communal facilities and restaurant open etc.

Grateful for any info.

Hi...lots of construction, but it is moving along nicely...all red tile roofs as I recall...
We were living around Disney for 3 months and drove by here occassionally.
