Turtle Shack @ OKW Closed??

We are staying in a Grand Villa at OKW in August and I was checking out various menus at AllEars. I noticed that she has the Turtle Shack listed as "CLOSED" on the menu page. Is this true? Is the Turtle Shack really closed? Check out the link and then scroll to OKW.

we had problem using it because of it limited hours.

only one person was responsibility for it. She might have moved on...

It was always closed when she was on vacation.

DH got a sandwich there at the beginning of May. Yet, I noticed the day after we came back, allears had it listed as closed. So I don't know if DH got the last sandwich on the last day or what. I know he said that there were practically no guests there. He was there either May 3 or 4th, not sure which.
He did say that there was no grill, that is no hamburgers, french fries, etc. However, they had cold sandwiches (including tuna) soft drinks, and fruit.

It was closed when we were there last August - I'll let you know when we get back at the end of August this year

We were at OKW 5/13 -20 and I talked to the people at the main counter service area and Turtle shack is open but very limited and if they are short on people then it does not open. It is a hit and miss. We used to love that area along with turtle shack but with the dining plan and refillable mugs I don't want to take a chance so now I request the hospitality house area.
