Turning 3 during trip

We tried to plan our trip before DD turned 3 but all we could get at a DVC was the week of her b-day. We are going Feb 27th-March 6th. She turns 3 on March 4th. How does this work as far as tickets and food? We plan on getting the DDP for the 3 adults.

She can get a birthday button at some places including I think Exposition Hall at Magic Kingdom and CM's may wish her a happy birthday.

She does not need an admission ticket at any time during the vacation.

She is not eligible for the Birthday Gift Card or the Birthday Fast Passes or Delayed Admission Birthday Ticket.

Not sure about the food, though. But I think that exactly one of the following is true: (1) she could be signed up for the dining plan as a child (3-9) or (2) she would be fed off of the plate of one of the adults.
