Turn down service-what is it?

Can anyone tell me what this involved adn how you would request it?

Turndown service is available at any of WDW deluxe resorts. Basically housekeeping comes in replaces any used towels and fixes the beds for night time. They turn down the covers and leave nice chocolates and notes on your pillow. If you are staying concierge you get this service automatically, if not, just call housekeeping and request it, it's free.

Oh well, never mind. Staying in a moderate resort this trip so guess will needs to save my request for next time!
