Over on the CB someone mentioned that they had turkey dinner at Boma last year. Well, since Boma is my favorite restaurant on the planet I started salivating at the thought of the delectable way they might season it.
Has anyone here had Thanksgiving dinner there? Was it "ordinary" roast turkey or was it seasoned? If it was seasoned, did you happen to get the recipe?
If someone is eating there this year, can we ask you to request the recipe & post it here? I just keep thinking it must be amazing!
