Has anyone eaten here? What did you think?

We have eaten here on several occasions. always had good food with good service. One of DisneyWorld's well kept secrets.

We went there one evening last year and the service was fantastic. The food was great too, but we found this very similar to the offerings at Olivia's Cafe at Old Key West, but with higher prices.

The bottom line seemed to be, average food, but incredible homemade onion rings.

We eat here every time we stay at SSR. We love it. They have very good burgers, calamari, onion rings, and other entrees. The location / ambiance is relaxing with a great outdoor seating area.

Absolutely a hidden gem.

Thanks everyone. We will keep our ADR for Turf Club then. We were hesitating because the other family we are traveling with will be relying on Disney transportation and we have a car. Wasn't sure if it's kind of out of the way, so we thought about trying for a monorail resort restaurant for this night instead. Our choice might have been O'Hana's which we probably can't get a ressie for at this point anyhow (August). So - glad to know Turf Club is a hidden gem...look forward to it!

I like the Turf Club! I don't order steak but their steak smelled good.

1) We were part of the "tasting" before the opening.

Yes, it is on the dining plan. My DD and I ate lunch there in February and had a great meal!! We didn't have a reservation and were able to be seated immediately. Have a great trip!

Yes its on the DP. I usually get the steak topped with crabmeat. Its delish!
