Just wondering if anyone has tried Turf Club for Lunch. The menu looks great for a nice afternoon lunch. Is there outdoor dining available.

Yes, covered awning outdoor dining overlooking the river and DTD West Side.

Love the Angus Bacon Cheese Burger!

Never been there for lunch but dinner was outstanding so I would assume lunch would be the same.

OMG - first time last trip, three times. My new must-do.

Sit out on the deck and enjoy a leisurely afternoon, watching the water taxi go back and forth to DTD (love that sound) and the golfers coming over for a drink or lunch.

Love, love, love:

The salad with the citrus vinaigrette
The onion rings with the key lime dipping sauce; HELLO!
The grilled chicken breast sandwich with pesto sauce
The grilled angus burger with cheddar and applewood smoked bacon.

Loved they let you pick fries or slaw; the slaw was fabulous!

They also have a sugar free almond pound cake with fresh strawberries that was to die for.

Go, go, go. I wish I was there right now!

Wow! Just when I Thought DTD was next to hopeless when it come to good food....there are so few places there to go for something good. I will definitely have to try this!

Actually, the Turf Club is at SSR.

Add in a mani/pedi at the spa and you got yourself a nice little afternoon getaway.

All three days, I nearly had the patio to myself mid-afternoon.

We had lunch here a few months ago for the first time (done dinner before). The food was fine but the service was next to invisible. I don't know if the server was new or what but with only 3 tables with people, it sure took her a long time to come around to visit us, refill drinks, etc.

The Turf Club is one of my our favorites! When we're visiting the parks (or even sometimes if we're just in Orlando for the day) and we can't find an ADR anywhere, we know we can always walk up to the Turf Club and get a table. Like PPs have said, we love the salad with the citrus vinagrette, the burgers, the mussels and the tomato bisque! It's a great getaway from the crowds.

The Turf Club is wonderful for lunch(or dinner!). If it's not too hot, sit outdoors.
