Tunnel from Castle to Frontierland?

There used to be a tunnel from the terrace to the left of the Castle, that went through to Frontierland and came out next to Rancho de Zocalo. There are restrooms in there. Now that the Royal Theatre / Royal Hall area is there, is that still there?
