Cooking Tunisian Seafood Stew from Boma...

This is such a random thing, and I hope it's okay to ask! A couple of months ago we stayed at the AKL and ate at Boma and my favorite thing was this Tunisian seafood stew that had baby shrimp and baby scallops in it. I know there is a compendium of Disney World recipes, but I can't seem to find this particular one anywhere. I'm just wondering if anyone has seen it anywhere? If not, is there any way I would be able to ask maybe someone who works at Disney for it?? I am still thinking about this soup months later and wish I had asked for a recipe while I was there! Thanks for your help.
