Tune-In Lounge MGM?

I was just rechecking the DDE list so I can make PS's for our March Break trip and I noticed the Tune-In Lounge listed for MGM - what is this? I can't seem to find any info on it, and in all the times I've been to MGM, my DH and I don't recall this place. Anyone know?

It's next to the 50's Prime Time diner. You can have drink there while you're waiting for your table. Or you can also eat there, I think they have a small menu. It's not very big, so finding a seat can take a while.
