Tuition- do I have to pay my current college tuition?

OK I am so sorry about this but I am so confused.

When going on the Disney college program do I have to pay my current university tuition while I am at disney doing the CP? I just could not afford that.

It depends... will you be earning credits for doing the program from your college? If so - then yes - you'll have to pay tuition.

My daughter is earning 12 credits from her college... so we had to pay the tuition but we saved on not having to pay room and board. Of course we spent money to set her up in her apartment at Disney and to get her there but it was no way near what room and board cost. Plus her rent comes out of her Disney paycheck!

when i did the program, i took a semester off from school, not earning any credit, so i didnt have to pay tuition. you have to talk to your school and financial aid office to see what it would be for you

thanks for the info. I am on scholarship at school and not sure how going to Disney will affect that. I guess I have a lot of running around to do. But I looks like they are not going to let me out of my DII sports contract so I am bummed!
