Also RV, I thought I had the answer with the first mint but the second mint confused me. Again, I can do the math riddles and the visual word riddles but today I am clueless.

Well, I see that Donna volunteered me to take you all on a tour today, so here we go... btw, HAPPY ANNIVERSARY Congratulations you, two.


Well, we're going to leave from my house - this is the view from my front porch (not really exciting, but this is the same view we have every season

And we'll take a little drive along the coast, stopping at Kings Harbor to admire the Black Pearl.

Here we go along the coast of Palos Verdes, taking the scenic drive to one of our many freeways

Our destination today is Yosemite National Park! This is truly a treasure and a gift to us right here in California. You can stay in rustic surroundings, sleeping on the floor, to cabins, or the 5-star Ahwahnee Hotel!

This view of the valley greets visitors as they emerge from the long tunnel to the valley

One of my favorite places is Glacier Point. From here you can see a lot of the valley. We used to always try & pick out our campsites from here. This is a view of Half Dome with the two waterfalls - Nevada is upper (means snowy) and Vernal is the lower falls.

Another view of Vernal Falls. The Mist Trail goes up right alongside these falls, and in spring & early summer people get drenched climbing up.

This is a famous view from Glacier Point - people have actually stood on that rock. That trickle in the background is Yosemite Falls - but in the springtime - watch out! It's wild and untamed (somewhat like a lot of you on this thread )

As the sun sets, Half Dome is set aglow.

Well, I'm off to the California Governor's Conference for Women Have fun today, kiddoes!
