TTY for Disney Payments

Hello all - this is my first post, and I've gathered so much helpful information from this website!

I've been trying to make my final payment online for a few weeks (due October 9). Each time I log in to try and make my final payment, the following message comes up:

Remaining Balance: We're sorry. Detail payment information is not available at this time. Please try again later.

Is anyone aware of a TTY number to make payments? I've searched online and haven't been able to come up with one. I found one for travel arrangements, but for some reason it did not work. Thank you in advance!

I would go to Disney web sit and do the chat that will pop up when making a reservation and ask that person who to call they should be able to direct you

If they have one for making reservations, you should be able to use it for payments as well.

Have you considered using VRS or caption call? I don't think Disney has a TTY line anymore.
