TTC vs Poly Transportation

Hi,
Do the Poly busses to HS and AK share with the GF and CR in the morning? We have requested to be near the TTC, so I was wondering if I should use the TTC busses to those parks because it might be more direct, but I wasn't sure when the TTC busses start running. Also, is the monorail at the Poly stop crowded in the morning? Would it be any better to board the monorail, or take the ferry to MK at the TTC instead? Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks!

Yes the buses share with GF and CR, but in my opinion is not very inconvient....they move pretty fast. I have never had a problem with crowds at the monorail at the poly. The monorail is lots quicker than going all the way to the ttc and getting on the ferry with all the visitors that drove and are not staying at the resorts. This is why we stay at the monorail resorts for the convience. I love the poly. I have stayed at all 3 monorail resorts and the poly is my favorite by far. Hope this helps....when are you going?

If you're staying in Rapa Nui or one of the longhouses closest to the TTC, it might make more sense to use the TTC for transportation (buses and monorails).

Sometimes you will share with the GF in the morning. Almost always, Studios will share with the GF in the morning and will always share with the GF in the afternoon and evening. DAK MAY share with the GF in the morning but will always share with WL in the afternoon and evening. The CO is usually the first stop for Studios and DAK in the morning and always the first stop in the afternoon and evening. Mornings (before park openings) are more flexible than evenings.

If your able to stay close towards the TTC I would get on the buses to Hollywood Studios and the Animal Kingdom from there, because of the bus sharing with the other Monorail Resorts and because you should have a better chance of getting seats on those buses without having to stand.

Does anyone know what time these buses start running from the TTC? We like to be at the parks at rope drop.

Buses start around 6:30am.

I would not worry about walking to the TTC. You are not going to save significant time and at most, only save 1 stop on either route to DAK or DHS.
