with the EPCOT monorail not running, where do I get the bus to EPCOT? Is there a bus stop at the TTC or do I need to get to the MK entrance?

The Epcot to MK bus will be at the MK bus plaza outside the main entrance (not the TTC).

The bus from Magic Kingdom to EPCOT does not start running until about 1:45pm. To get to EPCOT earlier than that you could walk to the Polynesian (about a 5 minute walk) or take the monorail to Grand Floridian or Contemporary and catch the bus from any of those resorts.
