I just wanted to share how wonderful Tom and his staff are at TSS. I finally have the money needed to close on our timeshare
but with a winter storm warning come in again, I am afraid to send this out now as Denver will most likely go down again. It took 2 weeks for a priority mail to get to me last time Denver went down. I will be at WDW in 6 days, most likely before the mail.
I wrote Tom and asked if they could send someone to SSR when we arrive to pick up the money and documents. I received and immediate answer that Jerry will be there anytime I call him.
You can't get better service than that! Thanks Tom and Staff. I can't wait to close.
