Tsmm/buzz lightyear solo

Just wondering if anyone has ever done Toy Story or Buzz Lightyear solo. I'm debating on whether to do these. I love these but usually have competition with DD/DH but since I will be alone I can't do that.

I've done both by myself. TSMM is fun because you can use the whole window and don't have to worry about someone else hitting the high score things before you can. Buzz is nice because you don't have to worry about someone else spinning the car and ruining your shot.

I did TSMM 5 or 6 times in a row, solo, during the TOT 10 Miler spectator party last year - it was a blast! I used it as research time to figure out how best to get the high scores so I can beat DH later

I don't think I have ever ridden either with anyone else. I'm usually the odd man out since my DW and DS12 rode together many times. Now DS4 rides with the two of them and I still end up riding single!

Just remember to snap a pic of your score if it's awesome--you'll have no witness to corroborate your story! LOL. (I rode solo as part of an odd-numbered party and--without one of my kids spinning the car around--really did well!)

We're a family of 3 and DH and DS like to sit together. So I'm always alone. It's totally fine to ride alone.

I have an AP and I live near the park. I go there frequently always by myself. I have ridden both rides many time solo. In fact I have never ridden it with another person. With both rides I usually get there right at RD and ride it three or four times in a row. Takes about 6 minutes a ride. I have done it four times in a row in 25 minutes.

I prefer to ride alone at Buzz since when I don't ride alone, it's difficult to aim for certain targets when the other person is moving the vehicle around.

Thanks everyone. I will definitely keep my plans for these rides. I'm so glad as they are 2 of my favs. I can get some practice in before my DM/DD trip in September.

I've done Buzz solo a few times. Maxed it out on both, twice. It helps that you're controlling everything, so you can decide where to spin.

Yep- another 3 person family. Either DH or I are alone on Buzz and TSMM depending on who DD picks to ride with that time. Not a problem. I don't mind riding them alone at all. I've never had them put anyone with me on TSMM or Buzz that I can recall, but I wouldn't care if they did. I have done single rider lines on other rides many times. I can remember having a great time on EE with a lady I just met when we got on the ride one year.
