Tshirt transfer question

does anyone have suggestions on how I turn a picture download into an image to iron on a tshirt? I think I have to reverse it but now sure how

images do not have to be reversed for dark transfers and many MANY of use dark transfers for all DISigns, regardless of colors. We like best the transfers that are sold by our very own Amy-Mickey.... visit her web site (http://www.amymickey.com/) for all the info
