Anyone who has flown out of teminal C in MCO recently (who had tsa pre check). How were the lines in the am? I have a 940am flight and I am just trying to figure out when to leave Saratoga Springs. We dont usually rent a car, but this trip it was significantly cheaper to do so.

The MCO website lists security wait times for each terminal. You could always check that the times are for a couple weeks leading up to your departure to get an idea. The TSA also has an app that you can check times as well.

thanks so much. I had no idea that those existed.

We just flew home via Jet Blue and went through Terminal C for the first time ever and let me tell you, it was a game changer. So, so, so, EASY to get through TSA. We did all have pre-check, but even if we hadn't there were literally no lines. Someone told me it's because there are a lot of International airlines over there and that's why it's not that busy. I don't know if that's true or not, but I will honestly favor booking JB over Southwest in the future just based on this.

No one wants to get up very early when leaving but being this has become a thing when flying as of late.... Don't try to figure a time to leave on the TSA lines there are just so many other things from driving to car return. You should still plant to leave 3 hours before your flight.... years ago they would rush people through with closely departing flights. Today flights are boarding 30 minutes before departure and no one will care if you arrived at the airport late.

Yep, JB is the only domestic airline at Term C.

The others are:
Aer Lingus, Azul, British Airways, Caribbean, Emirates, Gol, Icelandair, Lufthansa and Norse

We got pre check specifically for orlando airport since we were going over easter/school vacation and I figured it would be packed. We flew jet blue which is in the new terminal C. We were the only ones in line! We left on Sunday April 16th and went through the line around noon and we were the only ones in line. It was so strange since last year in April we were in the old terminal leaving and we waited hours. This trip was so nice! But still glad I got pre check since I hate removing my shoes! haha
