I'm not going until August 2007. I have an idea of where I want to eat for TS. I need 3 more TS NON-CHARACTER . My choices are as follow:

Chef Mickey's-breakfast
Rose & Crown-dinner
Grand Floridian-dinner
50's Prime Time-lunch
Boatwright's-dinner
Cap'n Jack-dinner

PLEASE-PLEASE-PLEASE do not recommend if YOU personally have not tried it. Thanks in advance.

Boma
Cape May Cafe (dinner is non Character)
Ohana

Did you mean JUST at MK, judging by the title of the thread? If so, we've always enjoyed Liberty Tree's lunch. Just plain food, but satisfying and tasty.

If you meant in all of the World, try Boma, Artist Point, O'Hana's, and maybe Le Cellier. :thumbsup2

You mentioned Grand Floridian in your list but you didn't specify which restaurant. Narcoosee's is wonderful (it's only open for dinner).
Also, Spoodles and Flying Fish at Boardwalk for dinner -- we've never tried either for lunch.

We ate at Tony's in MK for the first time last week and we thought is was so good that we cancelled our ADR for 50's PT to eat there again!

We have a new favorite TS at MK which is character-free, and that is Liberty Tree Tavern for lunch. The atmosphere is warm and subdued, the menu choices are wonderful, and the food is abundant and delicious. :thumbsup2

That would be 1900 Park Faire. I forgot to mention that 2 days are for early dinner between 5:00-7:00 pm, maybe at another resort. I'll staying at CSR. But my final night will be at MAGIC KINGDOM either lunch or dinner.
Must be 1 TS credit.

We enjoyed lunch at the Plaza a few months ago. Out of the heat/crowds, prime location, and mmmmm, good ice cream! :sunny:

For a non-character TS meal at the MK you've really got only three choices that I can think of; Tony's, Plaza and Liberty Tree Tavern. Of those, either the Plaza or LTT would be good choices for lunch.

Isn't 1900 Parke Faire dinner and Chef Mickey's breakfast character?

:confused3

Oh, and I'll recommend Le Cellier, Kona and the Coral Reef.

Yes they are. These are the only 2 character meals I want to do. Chef Mickey's on my 1st full day @ WDW. 1900 PF for Sunday dinner.

We love Whispering Canyon at Wilderness Lodge! It's just a short boat ride away and has FABULOUS ribs!

Thanks everyone for your suggestions. As I stated before, early dinner 5:00-7:00 pm @ a resort. And final day @ Magic Kingdom for lunch or dinner. I'm only during a 7 day non-hopper ticket. Attending a convention, I'll be in the parks until 1:00 pm. Will be @ Epcot on Tuesday & Thursday.

When is the best time for a Chef Mickey breakfast on a FRIDAY? Also, are the waffles & omelettes made to order?

Narrowed choices to the following: Plaza Restaurant or LTT @ MK for lunch on a Saturday.

Early Dinners @:
1) Concourse
2) Cape May
3) Ohana
4) Kona Cafe
5) Whispering Canyon

These are the final 5 choices folks? Remember YOU personally had to have tried it.

Are we voting on the ones you've listed there?
Ok then, LTT for your MK.
Your dinners: Ohana, and Whispering Canyon. :thumbsup2
