TS restaurants open during MNSHHP

Are any of the Magic Kingdom TS service restaurants open during MNSHHP

According to last year's party map, only Tony's Town Square Restaurant is open during the party. The rest are counter service or snack locations.

But in 2007 Liberty Tree Tavern was open, along with Tony's.

Based on previous experience, if you want table service please eat before the party gets started OR eat counter service during the party. Table service DURING the party takes up precious party time!
