TS credits...

Can a child use an adult TS credit if their's are gone?

My first question would be

"Where is your child eating without his or her parents that would give them extra credits?"

Then I realized that maybe the parents are sharing meals, thus giving them more credits.

That said, it would be a huge waste of a credit. Kids meals will cost between 7 and 12 bucks at most TS. Just Pay OOP.
