TS credits exchangable?

We are planning on doing the QS/TS basic dining plan on our next trip.We have several young children and several character meals so it is financially good for us to use the meal plan. We have one person who cannot stay the whole time. We will end up with one TS extra. Can a TS credit be exchanged for anything? I know QS credits can be changed for snack credits but I am not sure about TS credits.

I know you can use it for a QS meal, and I'm pretty sure you can use it for the 3 snack exchange. Just ask.

Or if the one person who is leaving could use a QS type meal to take with them for their trip, let them use it for that. Earl of Sandwich would be a great place for that or just getting some of the grab n go items from your resort.
