I know the ones in the resorts don't, those show as a resort charge even when you pay separately at the restaurant. Not sure of the others, but if any are associated with a retail counterpart, like in the pavillions at Epcot that also have shops, those might not either.
I always have an issue with these types of CC promotions. The gas station I frequent lists as "retail" on my CC statement, so I get no bonus when "gas" is a promo category. Some restaurants in my area list as "retail" or "general merchandise" too. I questioned Discover Card customer service about this once, and was told the business can determine what category it fits into as long as it somewhat describes what they do, so no bonus points for me.
Chase and Diusney Visa have similar bonus promotions, and similar merchant classification problems, and I've been caught off guard on these too.
I swear the merchants purposely do this so they are not dinged with a higher rate for promotions, but not being in the banking/credit card industry that's just a guess on my part that they would have to contribute someway. Maybe certain classifications get charged higher fees so they go for the lowest reasonable general classification.
