Trying to work out my plan

We are leaving on 10/22 so I am trying to work out our DDP and see how many meals we will end up paying OOP for. In another thread I was reading someone mentioned that you can get 3 SC in exchange for 1 CS. Is this true? If so, then I could pay OOP for my daughter's (5 y/o) CS or she could share w/me & dh) and use her CS for SC?

FYI - I intend on using the actual SC for F&W festival!! I am going to eat my way around the world!!
