Trying to switch reservations for June

I had some trouble booking my reservations. Some due to a split stay, some website issues and some just a plain old lack of options! So many things closed or booked solid.

l signed up with touring plans reservation finder (no luck yet) but also plan on trying several times a day to see if anything pops up as available.
Is there a better time of day to check? Or is it truly luck if the draw and l am on the site just as someone drops a reservation?

It’s really just luck. People change plans all the time so the more often you check, the better your chances are of finding something.
