Trying to save money flying to WDW

This post had me laughing out loud and the tuna in the pockets almost made me choke on my coffee LOL Had to read the post to DH since he was wondering what was wrong with me :rotfl:

It just occurred to me that we're going to need to save those baggage fees on the way back as well, but after 16-hour days in the Florida sun, I'm sure they are going to need to be washed. I'd just rinse all the clothes out in the sink and hang them to dry, but with all that humidity, I don't think would dry very well. If I could get a ground floor room, I could probably string a line up outside between a couple of trees and leave them out to dry while we are at the parks...

But - you know, in thinking about it, I don't want to take that much time away washing stuff when I'm on vacation, so I think we'll just layer them back on for the trip home. As long as the first layer is clean, who cares, right? Besides, it's only a 4 hour flight.

Why use a washing machine that would cost money. How about just hopping in the pool with your clothes on. You could even probably bring a bar of soap with you and scrub them. Then hang them on the line strung between two trees to dry.:rotfl2:

As long as you steal the soap off a mousekeeping cart! :thumbsup2

Be careful, OP. The only problem I see with the layering of clothes is that someone might not fit the airplane seat and then be asked to purchase a 2nd seat. Of course, if you all sit in the same row, then a family member probably won't mind donating half of their seat to the person wearing all the clothes :lmao: It sounds to me like having a flag waver for your group would save time at the fastpass machine, too! I think it's a great idea to send the under-3 year old into a buffet on his own; does he own any cargo shorts??:rotfl2:

At first I was starting to feel sorry for the kids with all those layers. So glad this is a joke!
