Trying to reach bell services at Kidani

I have a very specific questions about items that bell services will hold if our room is not ready.

Over the last two days I have spent hours on hold and in the chat que. I know regular guest relations will not be able to answer my question and to be honest, I wouldn't even trust their answer given the complete lack of information they have, not to mention the completely incorrect information that has been handed out recently.

My question should take a couple of minutes at most and it's extremely frustrating to spend so many hours on hold (please don't flame me, I know they are slammed and many people are impacted by this nightmare). It just seems so silly!

Any thoughts on how else I can reach bell services?

Did you try this number? (407) 938-3000. This is what I looked up to be their direct line.

There is no direct line to any WDW resort. All calls (including many from the in room phone) go to a call center.

I just did a quick search and another board has, what they say, direct phone and Fax numbers to the resorts. They might or might not still be active.

Any number that's shown as "direct" is actually routed to a call center. If you press the "front desk" button on the in-room phone, that actually goes to a call center.

I know about the phones in the rooms. I was not sure if they changed the direct lines. The OP might have better luck asking us the question.

Not to be a Debbie-downer, OP, but there is literally no way to call bell services directly at any resort at WDW. If you have a question, I would post it here and see if anyone has any experience with what you are hoping to achieve.

I concur with previous PPs, you might get a better answer by asking here "will bell services hold x" until the room is ready.

Granted there have been so many service modifications I can't keep everything straight.

I've heard there might be changes in bell services ability to hold cold items/keep items cold due to covid. Since the resorts just opened yesterday, I didn't think anyone on the board would know the answer.

I was finally able to be transferred to bell services. They confirmed they can still transfer and hold cold items. Thankfully!

I didn't want to have groceries go bad.
