Trying to plan may trip after only having planned sept

We went to wdw sept 2016 for the first time as adults. It was an awesome trip. I used crowd calendars, planned our park days, ADR's and fast passes well and we all had a blast.

I planned our second trip for sept. 2017 and i had it all mapped out. Irma hit and we rescheduled for early may.

Now I feel lost! My ADR day is tomorrow and i have no idea what parks to go to on what days. Our other trips were sat-sat with park days sun-thurs.This one is sun-sun so we will have a park day on a Fri and sat and i dont know which to do on those days and i fear the crowds.. We are also doing Lego land for the first time. I cant find any daily crowd calendars for the different parks each day that are out yet. I dont know when to expect discounts to be released.

I feel like a newbie all over again bc planning for may feels different than planning for Sept! Any insights!?

When in May are you going?

I don't pay attention to crowd calendars. I pick my park days based solely on the order I like to visit the parks: MK, Epcot, AK, HS.

Discounts should be released shortly after the new year.

What ADRs are you considering?

we just got back from a week at Disney....yesterday.... and are starting to plan our late May 2018 trip. I am using the park hours from Kenny the Pirate http://www.kennythepirate.com/2017/...alendar-park-hours-extra-magic-hours-created/ which I always find to be super helpful. Typically, I plan on going to the park that doesn't have EMHs when I plan. Once we pick park days, then we plug in the ADRs. Good luck!

Thanks you guys! We have 5 wdw park days plus a Legoland day. Which parks would you recommend on Fri and sat? Im most worried about crowds on those days. We arrive may 7th.

Only a few ADR's this time. Our cancelled sept trip we had via napoli, sci fi, and crystal palace.

We leave on May 6th.
We’ve been the first week of May the last two years and didn’t find Fri to be particularly crowded. We were at DHS last year. The year before was animal Kingdom. I wouldn’t sweat it.

We have done MK on Sat and it can be nutty. I would recommend that you go to whichever park you are hitting twice on Sat. That way if it is busy you can have a less busy day in that park as well.

I'm considering leaving Legoland til Saturday..never having been there I have no idea if it gets super crowded or not though.

I agree with the above posters about avoiding MK on a Saturday and I might add that while we only went to LEGOLAND twice I never saw it crowded and we were done in a half day (which allowed the girl to shop in town).

In the pre-Pandora days, AK on Saturday was usually my go to park. MK will be ok on Friday, it will be probably be more crowded on Saturday. Whenever I think parks might be crowded, I go to Epcot because even when it is crowded you don't feel like you're packed in like sardines.
