Trying to pay off my room

I just called to try to pay off my room and it keeps saying they are having technical difficulties. Anyone else getting this? We are going on Saturday and I want to pay off the room with gift cards.

If it’s a room only res, pay at check-in. No way to pre-pay it. They’ll authorize the card on file and then on check-in tell them you want to pay with gc instead. You can check-in online but you’ll have to visit the front desk at some point that day in person to apply the gift cards to the account.

Not sure it is related, but I am currently searching for room availability (room only, so not sure why the "offer" message is there) and got this message earlier:



And now there is no room availability at all when I search.

I called tonight and was able to do it. Room is all paid! We leave on Saturday!

This happens to me sometimes, too. While it is possible there is nothing available, I find it sometimes helps to clear my cookies.
1. Sometimes it works to just delete some of the WDW pages individually from my browsing history.
2. Another option that sometimes works is to press Control F5 while on the WDW webpage (or any page that is acting flaky).
3. If those don't work, try going bigger: clear cookies, maybe logout/reboot.
