trying to make dining reservations

I am currently trying to make dining reservations for Mythos. I am calling the Dining reservations number 407-224-9255 and I pick the Islands of Adventure option and then the phone starts ringing and ringing. It rang for about 3 minutes and nothing happened, no one picked up, I wasn't put on hold or anything. Is this normal or is there a different number I should be calling?
