Trying to get reservations at THE PLAZA

Apparently I waited too late to do all of my dining reservations &, so, for the first time in all of my vacations to WDW I am not able to get into The Plaza as it's booked up. I've been going in 3 or 4 times a week & checking online for availability on the days I am going to be there. So far, no luck. Anyone have success at this little game before? Is there an easier way to check that on the Dining Reservation & checking each of my days for lunch & dinner? Keeping my fingers crossed.
P.S. Last time I was there, walk-ups were not welcome at The Plaza. Is it still that way?

They only take reservations from 11-12. Walk ups only after that.

Quite the opposite, actually. Except for a 1 hour window when they first open, they ONLY accept walk-ups. So unless you are looking for an ADR from 11:00-12:00, you won't be able to get one.

Oh wow! This is great news. The last time I was there & had reservations I was sitting outside waiting to be let in & watched so many people without reservations being turned away. I'm so excited because I stinkin' LOVE that place! I will hopefully get myself a Club Sandwich yet
