My success has been early 6 or 630am..Delta moved my flight in September up two hours and any option I can do to change it on my own isn't acceptable. If I call it's a two hour wait. They don't respond to a Facebook direct message or to the chat on their own site. Any idea how to get in touch with this company now?
Its just not Delta, have had same problem with Jet Blue and United..
So FRUSTRATING! And airfare pricing is expensive now too
