Trying to get in contact with Delta

Delta moved my flight in September up two hours and any option I can do to change it on my own isn't acceptable. If I call it's a two hour wait. They don't respond to a Facebook direct message or to the chat on their own site. Any idea how to get in touch with this company now?

My success has been early 6 or 630am..
Its just not Delta, have had same problem with Jet Blue and United..
So FRUSTRATING! And airfare pricing is expensive now too

I overheard my coworkers talking today about contacting Delta. I steered them towards the Signapore number. Singapore took 12 minutes to answer. They also were able to get through with some kind of premium account, but that took longer than Singapore. As expected the regular line wasn't answered after two hours when they hung up on that.

FWIW - delta changed our flights to SNA. Currently on a 48 min hold with domestic medallion line. Spouse loaded up google talk international and we got through to Singapore after only a few minutes. Very nice agent is fixing our flights as we speak. I can only imagine what the agents are thinking about some crazy Americans calling Singapore to rebook domestic flights from WI to CA but here we are.

edit: took a total of 36 minutes with the Singapore agent (including the survey at the end of the call). At that point I hung up with domestic medallion line (at 65 minutes of hold, no option for call back) and as of now no response from twitter or the delta.com chat help option.
