A friend who recently want to orlando brought there tickets out there but he can't remember the place, he said it was back from the premier outlet, over past a petrol station and its on the left and its a large blue building somewhere on the 192 road, i was wondering if anyone knows of this place as they got a good deal on all there tickets.

Not sure where you mean, never heard of Premier outlet. Theres a Premium outlet but nowhere near Hwy192, its on Vineland Avenue, Lake Beuna Vista.
Wherever you mean beware buying tickets out there, many are timeshare sales, others are selling used tickets which is against Disney ticket T&C's, even illeagally obtained tickets. Google and find many stories like these below.
Do you want to hand over $100's to someone you don't know?
I have no idea what(if any) savings they offer but I would never use them, I would buy from a recommended seller before going or direct with the parks.
link here to Kenny's ticket thread.

Maple Leaf Tickets are on the 192 but it's not a blue building, they are not on that thread link either, maybe because they are not the cheapest or the ticket link isn't complete.

We have used these many times and they are a reputable seller of actual tickets, not vouchers, I suspect though they are not the one's you talk about.

thanks for the advice, it maybe that my friend got confused as he was staying in kissimee and he said it was past a swan hotel, not the disney one and hopefully it wasn't a dodgy place, but i know what you mean by the timeshare places as we went through one of those once and got tickets for universal, never again. Still not sure if we will do disney or not it all depends on our finance as we have tickets for the other parks and we want to do HHN at universal as they phoned us when i made an enquiry as to wether tickets would be sold out or not when we go out there on oct 8th (can't wait):banana: and they said tickets would be available as we only want to upgrade for one night and in the uk it seems you can only get the frequent pass. But back to disney tickets i hope we can go as they have the food festival on at epcot and we haven't been since just after 2000, i've heard orlando has changed abit since than as the buena vista mall was expanding on the other side and all that was built was the cinema, i'm hoping they still have the discount disney store in the mall as we used to get some good bargains.
