Sunny's Transportation. A family owned business, not a huge company. We usually get picked up by Sanjay, his wife or his cousin. We've used them every time we've gone to DLR since 2013, and we now just factor the price of the car service into the trip, like flight or hotel cost, it's that important to us.
For our August trip my mom has to fly into LAX and she will be using Sunny's. 5% discount if you pay in cash, comfortable ride, and so quick! Unlike uber drivers, this is Sanjay's family's only business - he knows the streets like the back of his hands. We've arrived during rush hour and he still manages to get us to the resort from SNA in under 20 minutes. Very professional and so prompt, he usually texts us the second we have phone service again.
But that's the one treat I am always happy to pay for since that little incident. After a 12 hour flight the last thing you want to do is stand at the curb in LAX for half an hour, only to be ignored and have to walk off to find Supershuttle.
