Moved the elliptical into the living room last night.. :lmao:

I need a kick in the pants to get to losing some weight so when the first of the year into the spring shows up I will be at the weight I want to start training for the Goofy in 2014. Plus last year I lost about 60 # and have now gained back about 1/2 of it, just from being lazy mostly, eating I've done MUCH MUCH better on. The human brain is an amazing thing in how it can trick you if you arent careful. I KNOW how much better I felt when I was exercising and had lost the weight. But man, the brain will try to convince you otherwise if you weaken and let it.

I've got to get back in control on my mind (many people that know me will say I lost it a LONG time ago ;) ) especially since a marathon from what most people tell you in more mental then physical, or probably better said that it's harder to get over the mental part then the physical part.
