trying to decide between

La Hacienda de San Angel and san angel inn.

I've booked both but I need to get rid of one. Which one is better for 4 people. My two kids are 12 and 9. I like the menu of San Angel inn but I'm afraid it might be too dark, too crowded for the 4 of us. Not sure what to do

Which has better food and atmosphere and is better for kids?

Hello!

I know you saw my review of the food at San Angel. I will say that since he was 6 years old, my son has loved San Angel, and we've never found it too crowded (yes, the place -- like all restaurants at WDW -- will be full, but we don't find the tables too close together or anything) or too dark; he also really loves being able to see the marketplace on one side, and the boats go by (from the Gran Fiesta ride) on the other. There's lots to see and do, and we all find the darkness to be a huge relief from all that bright Florida sunshine. Also, if your kids are Phineas and Ferb fans, there's some things that go on inside the pavillion that relate to the game you can play in World Showcase, and that's kind of fun. This place just feels special and different and the environment is very immersive -- our family highly recommends it!
