Trying to come up with something outside of the box...

Hi All!
I've got my mouse ears on and I am planning our families escape to WDW in Feb. and I am looking for ideas outside of the usual- we've done the fireworks cruise, family scavenger hunt, haircuts, tea parties, cinderella's castle... and would love to do a grand gathering but there are only 6 of us- can you all recommend some hidden gems of ideas that you've done in the past? Thank you so much!!

6 is too many for a carriage, but how about heading to Ft. Wilderness for an evening hay wagon ride?

Ever caught Bob Jackson's show at POR? Wed - Sat night, starts at 8:30 PM in the lounge right next to Boatwrights; no cover charge and OK for kids as well as adults.
