Trying to book...system's down!!

last night i was trying to get into "my vacation" stuff and it was acting up then.... dh had troulbe when trying to book ours line a few months ago and ended up having to call.
 
I have been having problems with the website all month long. I typically don't like calling to book and have never had any problems in the past with booking online, most of the time with short notice. Had originally planned to visit during Spring break with DS7. I finally gave up on website and called. Unfortunatly, there were no rooms available at any of the resorts that I would like to stay. Decided to push trip back until May and will extend trip a couple of days since we have to wait longer to visit this year.

I hope you have better luck than I had.

I was trying to price out a couple of stays, one in April and the other at the end of the Thanksgiving weekend. For a good while, I couldn't get any response, but things finally came back. I ended up getting what I needed. Thanks, Alice...
 
Granny, the gods are with you. Do not book online! It is not booking directly with Disney. Call and deal directly with Disney the service and policies are much more customer friendly.
 
I have trouble whenever I try to book using Safari. So it's possible it is your browser. I don't like FireFox but it's the only way I can get on online quote with Disney. Good luck...I know how frustrating it can be!!!
 
I'm using Firefox on my PC and it still doesn't work. The page has a white background and text only, and everything is in the wrong place. Honestly, Disney has to get a better website... :sad2:
