trying to book sheraton vistana when I call they don't reconize the code

I am trying to book a 2 bedroom for august 09 with no housekeeping when I call their toll free number (sheraton) they don't reconize the code DMNHK that is listed on dreams unlimiteds website. So then I called dreams up and asked them how do I
book this at this rate she told me to do it on their website (dreams) but when I looked
I couldn't find a form to book through dreams . what am I doning wrong
