Trying to book Dec Dates.

I just call Disney to book my Dec. trip only to be told that there is no room's at any of the value resorts. I tried those dates online they had rooms. The problem is I can't book to connecting room online (2 adults, 3 kids). I would have to make 2 ressies. I called back to check again and tell the CM about online she said sorry our system still shows no rooms. The dates aren't even considered peak season. Dec 14-21. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Book one room at Port Orleans Riverside. They have "trundle" beds so one child can sleep on one of them. (When we went my then 32 year old "child" slept on one).

I bet there was a glitch in the system. Do you have a reservation somewhere else and wanted to switch it to Value? If so, they need to "uncheck" the box that says you have the other resort so the Values will show up. This happened to me when I called today. I switched to the Values (POP) from the Fort Wilderness cabins and they initially told me that nothing was available.
