Trying to add a day to vacation

trying to add Sunday to my sun fun reservation. All the discounted rooms are gone but we could add a regular priced day.
Anyone know if, when cancelations come in on these discount rooms, are they put back for others to reserve? And is there a certain day all the cancelations are put available. Thanks!

Yes, but usually at rack rate not back into the pool of discounted rooms.

And is there a certain day all the cancelations are put available. Thanks!

No. Whenever they're cancelled they're available.
