Huge isn't the word. Humungus maybe.

To change the size while displaying, you can use;
&ltimg width="200" src="http://www.wdwinfo.com/sites/jison/P7070040.JPG">&lt/img>

to get
<img width="200" src="http://www.wdwinfo.com/sites/jison/P7070040.JPG"></img>

Change the 200 in the code to whatever size you need. Check Clipart guidelines for the guidelines on clipart.

That's a great looking family.

If you want to use it in a signature, we'll need to reduce the bytes for you. It's about a bazillion bytes too big for a sig. Just let us know, we'll be glad to help.
