This trip, we are trying to break out of our normal ADR's and try some new places.
So far, we haveTony's, Biergarten, Chefs of France and perhaps Yak & Yeti on the list
Thoughts?

We did keep two standards- california grill and kona.

Yak N Yeti surprised me! It's actually really good! I will be trying chefs de france in april, so Ill let you know what I thought! :)

We usually try something new each trip. This year we'll be trying Flying Fish and Yak and Yeti.

we really enjoy the Biergarten, good food and entertainment for kids. as long as you dont mind sitting w/ strangers(unless you are a party of 8)last time we had a great couple to talk too and 2 gentlemen who really didnt care to speak too much.

Chef's my DH doesn't seem to want to try here for some reason. Maybe someday, I do want to try all someday.

I would love to try Yak and Yeti this year, but we are already full of new ones : Tutto,50'sPrimetime and Coral Reef,Grand Fla. Cafe for breakfast.
Our fav's we go to are Ohana's, Lecellier, Clambake,Yachtsmen and Hoopdedu.

Have a great trip!

We like the Biergarten:) and are also trying some new places this trip. DD13 just can't eat enough to make the buffets worthwhile (who wants to pay $25+ for chicken nuggets, lol) and we're not going during FD thus the new restaurant choices. I haven't been to your other three choices but Yak n' Yeti is a new one for us this April too.

The others for us include Rose & Crown, Saarna (can't wait for this one, I love Boma but again, the buffet $$ haha), Wave, Coral Reef, and Sci-Fi.

Brook1099: We really like 50s PTD, the fried chicken is very good as is the pot roast.

We've eaten at Tony's once, quite a long time ago, but from what I remember of it we both enjoyed the restaurant quite a bit. I wouldn't hesitate to go back, despite the bashings I hear other people give it.

We've only eaten at Biergarten once as well, a few years ago. While I enjoyed the restaurant, especially the desserts, my Mom didn't feel the same way and doesn't want to return to the restaurant. I thought the entertainment was quite nice, and for a buffet the price can't be beat. I do hear a lot of complaints that they sit you with another family that you don't know (as they do in Germany), but I didn't mind.

Chefs de France, again a one-timer for us, had good food when we ate there for lunch a few years ago. Our server was kind of "off" and had the personality of a wet-mop while we were there and something just didn't seem quite rite. I'd go again though, and hopefully get a better server.

We ate at Yak & Yeti shortly after its opening and though the food was out of this world delicious, I have to admit I was a little shocked at this restaurant... and not in a good way. I was probably over half done with my stir fry meal I'd gotten for lunch when I found a jagged piece of metal in my food. It looked like a really thick staple or part of a woman's bracelet link that had broken off. I'm just thankful I saw it instead of taking a bite and it cutting my mouth open or ending up swallowing it and having even more problems. The server offered to bring me an entire new dish of food because of the issue, but I said no, because I was nearing full then anyway and I knew I couldn't eat another entire plate of food.

My family loves Biergarten, it is a must do on our list every year! Food is great, atmosphere is nice, and entertainment is fun.
Zicke, zacke, zicke, zacke, hoi, hoi, hoi!!

LOVE Yak & Yeti and Biergarten...great meals and great service every time we have visited.

We did Yak N Yeti counterservice last august this august were doing Yak N Yeti restaurant! It was a Great Meal! Also FYI very nice counter size portions also!

We are doing the same thing. It's hard to be adventurous when we have so many favorites we want to revisit. We have ADRs for Chefs de France and Yak and Yeti which we've heard incredible things about but have never tried. I'm especially excited about eating in France because we have friends in Orlando who go to Chefs de France over and over and love it every time.

How about something outside of the parks and go with Raglan Rd.

It's quickly become one of my favorite restaurants at WDW.

DH and I were pleasantly surprised with Yak and Yeti. I had the steak and shrimp and DH had the beef broccoli. The portions are quite large. You just have to try the wok fried green beans, they are quite yummy.

Tony's- Have never eaten lunch or dinner here, but back in the 90's we would always do breakfast here, loved it. Wish they would bring back breakfast.

Chefs de France- I love this restaurant.

Yak & Yeti-Have never eaten inside, but have eaten at the counter serve many times. Thought the food was very good.

Biergarden-Did not care for the food, enjoyed the entertainment.

I loved my meal at Chefs de France-braised short ribs yum!
Tony's is one of our favourites--I had a mushroom ravioli there that was fantastic last trip.
Biergarten I rather liked but the rest of my party HATED. I think the roast cooked in saurkraut (sp?) turned them off.
Never ate at Yak and Yeti.
