Trying not to panic?

I booked a last minute trip for DH and I! My 45 day mark is today

The question is I called yesterday to finish paying the trip off with a gift card when I did I did it on the automated system and I accidentally left out 4 cents of the price, when I realized I still owed 4cents I called back to talk to a human and the lady I talked to laughed at me and said not to worry about 4cents I won't owe it when I got the confirmation email today a out my payment it still says I owe 4 cents due today!

Any advice should I call back and try to pay it today I don't want my free dining last minute vacation cancelled now that I finally talked DH into it

I would call back just to be safe - either offer to pay off the four cents or see if they can remove it so your balance is 0. I wouldn't risk it as it seems you never get the same answer twice when you call regardless of the question!

I had this happen one time. I recieved a statement saying I owed $10 yet on-line the balance was zero. I called and the CM said the balance was zero. I requested a new statement (for my peace of mind) and he sent one. I would call back and offer to pay and if they say no, ask for an email confirmation of a zero balance.

Great advice. I would call too, just to be sure though I don't think they would cancel for such as small balance.

Thank you everyone, I called back on your advice and I found a man willing to take the 4cents off of my gift card now I don't have to worry anymore! Now if I could find an opening for the wishes desert party I wanted to surprise my DH with for our anniversary!

Just keep trying for the ressie every chance you get, I have been very lucky in the past with something opening up eventually. Good luck

Oh my gosh! That happened to me last year, except they just didn't enter in our last gift card that would've covered it. I didn't know, but then I got a statement saying either it would be cancelled, or I would have to pay a $50 fee. I immediately called them crying. The rep was sooo nice and fixed it for me.
