Trying LA Weight Loss AGAIN!!

I lost 50 lbs a few years ago in order to be more fit to donate a kidney to my brother. I felt great, life was fabulous, the surgery was successful...I was surprised with a 5th pregnancy and have now put back on all the weight I lost plus some (surprise surprise).

I bit the bullet this month when I got a coupon to restart the program for $99. I just started today with their Express program and already I'm hating it. It worked so well the first time but I'm just having a hard time even thinking about the foods I will and won't be having. HELP!!!!

I need some cheering and other's experiences with LA Weight Loss....:hug:

I am not an LA Weightloss participant, but thought I'd share my first thoughts from your post.

If you have experienced success I am certain you can do this. Perhaps you need a different program though? If you are not happy with the one you are using, perhaps another might work for your long-term solution.

Maybe trying another method and even not thinking of the "D" word might keep you more on-program. Look at it as choices you MUST make to be a healthier, happier you for your babies and family. Do something for you that you enjoy while still keeping in mind that it is a healthy life-style you choose.

I know, easier said than done. I WISH it were easy. Try small steps.

Do not give up! You have done so much in your life already. You can do this.

Start out by changing what you drink.

1.Drink hot water it is a natural digestive aid. (Boil water and drink)about 6 cups a day it is great between meals it keeps the hunger down
2.Cut out sugar in you drinks (Coffee,tea,) diet soda and artificial sweeteners
are not good for you.
3.Drink Water lots of water room temperature is better then cold.
4.Drink Coffee black
5.Unsweet Iced Tea

It my sound weird and taste weird at first but you will get used to it.

I lost 60 pounds for over a year now and a big part of it was doing this
every day.
