The sick thing is, I know a girl at work who will probably do this. She is obsessed with the case. She thinks Scott Peterson is "cute".

Words can't even express how much I feel sad for Laci's family. Those poor people have had to deal with so much, and the media circus surrounding this case is just sickening.

That's beyond tacky! I remember when the OJ verdict came in. I was in college and in the middle of a lecture. Some kid was listening on a walkman and made the "announcement" in the middle of class.

She is not alone. You should see the groupies that show up that the courthouse every morning to try and get a seat in the lottery. No respect for the families at all.
