Truly silly question about taking out the trash

Leaving for our first DVC trip to BWV in a little over two weeks. Since we'll get trash and towel on the fourth day, I imagine we'll be taking out the trash ourselves some. (DH always complains about the amount of garbage we generate! Can't imagine making it through four days without having to empty the garbage cans!) So, are there dumpsters, etc., central to the rooms to take the trash to? (I can just imagine myself calling the front desk to ask, "Where do we take our trash?" I guess I'd rather ask you!)

There are signs on every floor that point to the trash/recycle and ice. It can be a little tricky at first to find since the hallways are soooooooo long you might expect them to be closer, unless of course you are far away from the elevators, in which case, you will probably see them along the way. Look for the large green double doors. They will be right next to them. There's a "cast members only" door so they can take it thru the service elevators more easily rather than cart off all the trash past the guests. You will not find the trash and the ice together, look for another sign. We found it real convenient to take out our own trash and didn't mind separating for the recycles since we do it at home. They have all the same sorting bins we were used to.

We were in room 4100 at BWV in December, the ice machine room was across the hall and the trash room was around the corner. If you look at a resort map, both were near where the floor splits off into two corridors, one goes straight which would be along the front driveway and the other goes right, which would be next to the pool. They had extra bags on the bottom of the trash containers in the room.
