I know this might sound like a weird question, but are there any table service and/or signature restaurants in WDW that have any entrees with truffles in it?

I'm talking about the mushroom, not the dessert ;)

Victoria & Albert's might, but only in certain courses. I'd probably ask the servers if they have anything the includes truffles. I don't recall any of the regular restaurants featuring truffles at all.

I seem to recall somewhere that had truffles. I noticed because I love them. I'll see if I can find where.

Le Cellier Mushroom Filet Mignon - with wild mushroom risotto, white truffle and herb butter sauce $34.99

Bistro de Paris - Pork Tenderloin - stuffed with mushrooms, pasta gratin with truffles, forestiere sauce $33.00

There's a dish that seems to be pretty constant on the menu at Jiko with truffles: Seared Ostrich Filet - with Kamut, mushrooms, and truffle vinaigrette.
I had it and thought it was excellent!

There's also the filet at Le Cellier - it has truffle butter.

That's all I can think of off the top of my head. In general, I think your best bets for finding dishes with truffle would be at the signature restaurants.

1) No one serves truffles.
2) They are certainly too expensive for DDP !
3) And, since *almost* all eateries are DDP, so goes the possibilities.
4) Any eatery that does use "truffles" only use oil or butter.

NOTE: Remember folsk, since the inception of DDP, the meu items at WDW have been down hill in uniqueness and style.

I had dinner at the California Grill last week and had a ravioli that had truffles on top and a distinct truffle flavor in the sauce as well. Now I just looked at the menu online to get the exact name, and the menu they have online is different than the one we had, as the menu always changes. However, still in the menu online, there was an entree with truffles.

The California Grill is two table service dining credits.

The current California Grill pasta dish, according to the menu on Disney's website, has sliced black truffles in it.

V&A straight shaved white truffle was a $35 add.
Le Cellier's risotto is good.
Have had "truffled" fries, mac'n'cheese etc...elsewhere in DW
Also in salads occasionally.
Not gonna see to any in 1TS,few in 2TS places.TANSTAAFL

I keep oil year round and small ones seasonally in my kitchen from all over.Love white the best.

Like anchovies, curry and a few other things they are a love'em/hate'em type of food.

With only a $28 charge for this entree, there can't be much truffle in it.
I don't think truffle is one of those foods you need a lot of in a recipe, they have such a distinctive taste, and too much I think would be overpowering, regardless of cost.

A few years ago I had a fish entree at Coral Reef with truffle oil. I will always remember it because the waitress tried to talk me out of ordering it saying, "Are you sure you want that? A lot of people don't like it because it smells so bad." I did want it. And, it was pretty good. I have no idea if it's still on the menu.

Wow, you really like to have the last word...
