Truffle mac and cheese - Orecchiette Pasta and goat cheese

Went to the Yachtsman Steakhouse at the Yacht Club. 2 DDP but WELL WORTH IT!! I am hoping someone has the recipe for the Truffle mac and cheese - Orecchiette Pasta and goat cheese. This is an adult mac n' cheese that is truly awesome.
We just got back yesterday Can't wait to plan the next adventure!!

Have you tried www.allears.net for the recipe? They have a large selection of recipes from WDW restaurants.

We really should have a forum just for recipes from DW. I was able to get one for the vegtable pasta from the Cape May buffet.

I can't wait to try that mac & cheese!! I have ADR's x 2 for the Yachtman's Steakhouse on our next trip. We leave in 16 days!!

We have been going there for years. Never been dissappointed. We also have 2 reservations for our trip. Usually go in October but needed to move our trip up this time. Hope we don't melt in the September heat........

I can't seem to find that recipe anywhere as I'd love to try it too, but if you're wanting a goat cheese mac & cheese, this one from Food Network is AMAZING. I wish I could eat it more often but it's not exactly the healthiest thing out there
